In this webinar, Kohei Kato will lead disability advocates Oswin Latimer and Yuki Ichida in a discussion about how to turn ideals for a new world into real change in their community. Oswin Latimer will share their experiences shaping public policy at the US local and national level, as well as changing the practices of everyday service providers such as teachers and therapists. Yuki Ichida will share his work building research and outreach for a movement of change in Japanese workplaces and toward a more inclusive society through the "Neurodiversity Association," where he serves as representative director.

このウェビナーでは、加藤浩平氏が障害者権利擁護活動家のOswin Latimerさんと市田悠貴さんを迎え、新しい世界への理想をコミュニティにおける真の変化に変えていく方法について議論します。Oswin Latimerさんは、米国の地方および国レベルでの公共政策の形成、そして教師やセラピストなどの日常的なサービス提供者の実践を変えてきた経験を共有します。市田悠貴さんは、ご自身が代表を努める「ニューロダイバーシティ協会」における、日本の職場とより包括的な社会における変革のムーブメントに関する研究や普及を構築する取り組みを共有します。
